I recently found myself in a bit of a dilemma. A very dear friend passed away and wished me to inherit her automobile, but left no will. Her next of kin live in Tennessee (I’m in Ormond Beach, FL), and expressed no desire in acquiring the car. I thought it would be a simple transfer, but the DMV were confusing me by demanding conflicting required paperwork and instructions.
